Reportedly, Paris just moved out of the house that she shared with her grandmother Katherine and brothers Prince and Prince II. She decided to live alone in the Encino mansion, the real estate where the King of Pop used to live before purchasing Neverland. In 2015, news about the Encino home becoming a museum circulated on the Internet although until now, it still hasn’t started. Paris also started diving in the music industry, in 2018, she and singer Gabriel Glenn formed a duo called The Soundflowers.

Jaden Smith (Will Smith’s Son) - $85K, Tesla X SUV

Jaden Smith, son of actor Will Smith, is now in his 20s. Jaden has started to establish his name in the industry as a singer, rapper, actor, and songwriter. The house features a recording studio inside the detached garage, with Frances having a great musical lineage. The Los Angeles home has 2,250 square feet of space. It was built in the ‘30s by architect Carl Jules Weyl. Though she’s getting a huge amount of cash from it, she lost the most valuable guitar of her father after finalizing her separation from ex-husband Isaiah Silva, in 2018.

Bindi Irwin, the daughter of the late Steve Irwin, has found someone who can become the next Steve Irwin, her boyfriend Chandler Powell. She even had him move into their lovely home in the Australian Zoo with a private crocodile compound of his own. According to an interview, Bindi believes that her boyfriend is a gift from her late father, someone who can continue Steve's legacy while looking after her. Chandler is now working on his training, focusing on marsupials mostly, but he wants to experience handling snakes and crocs soon. In an interview in October 2018, Bindi denied that they were engaged and had plans of getting married.

Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt (Angelina Jolie’s Daughter) - $4.8 Million, France

Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt is the twin sister of Knox and these twins are the children of actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Rumer Willis is the firstborn of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. She began acting in 1995, appearing in the film Now and Then alongside her mother. And if you’re the son of A-list celebs, you are expected to drive an expensive car. Connor did not disappoint when he arrived at a party in Los Angeles with his yellow Lamborghini that retailed for $275K. Right now, Connor is pursuing his passion on becoming a DJ and a music producer.

Jessica Capshaw (Kate Capshaw’s Daughter) - $10 Million, Pacific Palisades

Jessica Capshaw gained international popularity after appearing as Jamie Stringer in the TV show, The Practice.
