Having a luxurious spacious home is something we would all like, no doubt there. But celebrities are the ones that can afford to invest millions in real estate. As soon as they earn their first millions, they start hunting for the ideal home, which they usually replace with a better, bigger, and more expensive one in a few years. Apparently, you can get bored living in a luxurious home. British stars are certainly not far behind Hollywood celebs when it comes to owning expensive real estate. Don't believe us? Harry Styles - $8.495 Million, Hollywood Hills

Like almost every rich celeb, Harry Styles also decided to purchase a home in the Hollywood Hills area and he paid $6.87 million for it. However, Harry got bored pretty soon so he listed his home for sale trying to make a profit, asking for $8.45 million. He later lowered the price by about $500 thousand but he still hopes to make a profit, due to all the renovations that he completed. It is not uncommon for celebs to buy a house and then spend money to make it fit their exact needs, so it is only fair should list it at a higher price afterward.

Ed Sheeran - $12.5 Million,  North London

It's hard to believe that Ed Sheeran was once so broke he had no place to live in because now he owns a $12 million mansion with four bedrooms. The famous singer, who lived on the streets for a while, purchased a luxurious home in North London in 2015. The rich star also owns several more houses which are reportedly located next to each other so maybe we are to expect that Ed is going to create the Sheeranville near London soon? Well, from being homeless to being a superstar, we can understand why real estate is so important to him.

Naomi Campbell - $190 Million, Turkey

While the rest of us struggle with mortgages, celebs purchase houses all the time and often even when they don't need them. For her 41st birthday, the supermodel, Naomi Campbell received a lavish gift from her boyfriend Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin. He bought her a house shaped like the Eye of Horus. Located on a private island in Turkey, the house is completely sustainable in every way.

David Beckham - $44 Million, West London

When it comes to deluxe homes, David Beckham and his wife Victoria certainly have something to brag about. Their West London home is worth $44 million and we can sometimes see glimpses of the mansion when the former Spice Girl posts photos on Instagram. The Beckham's have got some splendid taste in real estate and if you are not following miss Beckham on socials then you should because you will understand exactly why we say that when you see her family pictures. Their house really feels like heaven even if London does not.

Simon Cowell - $24 Million, California

Simon Cowell has amassed a fortune over the years so investing $24 million in real estate is nothing for him. The judge (and creator) on American Idol and Britain’s Got Talent, who splits his time between London and the U.S., bought an 8,600 sq. ft. mansion in Malibu last year. The 6-bedroom mansion features 5 fireplaces, apparently because one does not adequately show how filthy-rich Simon is. Maybe Simon loves being surrounded by friends and he wanted to make everyone feel warm and cozy in his property. Well, we did not expect anything less from Simon.

Sienna Miller - $1.5 Million, London

Sienna Miller, who used to be engaged to Jude Law, decided to sell her London home in 2009. The beautiful home, with two bedrooms and a Turkish bath as well as a sauna, was listed for $1.5 million. The actress, model, and fashion designer decided to move to New York and leave rainy London behind. We are pretty sure that her new real estate acquisition is not going to be far from her british based one. Sienna is known for her good taste and she will certain choose her headquarters in the U.S wisely and elegantly.

Emilia Clarke - $4.64 Million, Venice, California

Another actress from Game of Thrones, Emilia Clarke, invested about $4.64 million in a house in Venice area in California. Who’s to blame her? Venice is just an extraordinary area to live in. The house features two bedrooms and modern architecture so it was money well spent for our beloved actress. However, the actress recently offered the house as a rental for an estimated sum of $25,000 per month. This isn't the first time she has done it as she has also rented her house in May last year. Maybe she has set eyes in another property.

Matt Smith - $1.09 Million, North London

Matt Smith became famous thanks to his role in Doctor Who and it seems that he has invested part of his earnings into real estate. Well, it is a great way to keep your money safe and sound and way more mature than partying or getting into nasty habits. Matt bought a house in North London which reportedly cost $1.09 million, eight years ago. We bet he would make a great profit if he decided to sell it now but we do not know if he is willing to leave his headquarters for another roof just yet!

Louis Tomlinson - $7.3 Million, Hollywood Hills

Louis Tomlinson from the popular band One Direction now calls the United States his home just like many member of the band do. Harry Styles is already on our list, too. The star purchased a house in Hollywood Hills for $7.3 million in 2016. The four-bedroom deluxe house has a home theatre, a guest house, and a garage for four cars. There are also six baths! Either Louis is planning on  having a huge family or he just wants to be the best host to his friends and other visitors!

Robert Pattinson - $2.1 Million - Hollywood Hills

Another British actor who decided to settle in the United States, Twilight star, Robert Pattinson, who became famous as Edward Cullen from the vampire franchise, bought a luxurious house in Hollywood Hills in 2014. We had no doubt Robert would have his eyes set for the prestigious region. Robert paid about $2.1 million for this remarkable property which isn't really much, compared to what other celebs pay. Maybe he has plans of renovating it in order to fit his needs to the point and decided not to spend a huge amount for the purchase alone.

Ozzy Osbourne - 11.5 million, Los Angeles

After the reality TV show The Osbournes ended in 2005 and the whole family became famous, the Osbournes decided to purchase a new home located in Hidden Hills, LA. Ozzy and Sharon bought the house in 2007 but they listed it for sale in 2011. It was first listed for about $12.999 million but the price reportedly dropped over the next couple of years. They also offered to rent it for $50K a month, before Jessica Simpson bought the house for $11.5 million in 2013.

Brian May - Undisclosed, Surrey, England

The Queen musician Brian May has acquired quite a fortune during his long career and naturally, he can afford to live where he pleases without worrying about his credit score dropping. And the star chose to settle down in Surrey, England, where he bought a mansion. But unlike other celebs who buy and sell real estate quickly, Brian has owned this place for a long time.

Idris Elba - $3.47 Million, East London

Idris Elba, who won a Golden Globe for his role in Luther, owns a beautiful home in East London. Recently, Elba has decided to convert his basement into a film and music studio. The British star clearly has enough money in his bank account to do whatever he wants with the place but the residents of his street didn't really like this decision...

 

Benedict Cumberbatch - $15 Million estimated, Hidden Hills

The Sherlock Holmes star Benedict Cumberbatch was house-hunting in California and when he saw this $15 million Hidden Hills mansion, he just couldn't resist it. The actor who married opera director Sophie Hunter settled in this large seven bedroom property in 2015. One thing is certain, he didn't need to apply for a mortgage since he is filthy rich. The Tuscan-style villa is truly stunning and will provide the couple the privacy they need.

Cheryl Cole – Approximately $27K A Month, Hertfordshire

Cheryl announced that she was leaving her home in Hertfordshire to live with her bae from One Direction, Liam Payne. She decided to put her home on the rental market for about $27K a month. Later that year, she listed the property for sale for $$6.5 million. The house is very modern and features porcelain floors, recessed lighting, and a glazed entrance. However, things did not go as Cheryl planned and we wonder if she is already house-hunting and what her next acquisition when it comes to real estate will be.

Keira Knightley - $6 Million, New York

The famous actress from Pirates of the Caribbean, Keira Knightley, has real estate in the United States. Actually, had, because the actress sold her luxurious New York apartment for $6 million last year. That sounds like a great amount of profit for Keira. We are not really sure why anyone would want to leave this 3-bedroom heaven in the middle of NYC but that's the thing with celebs, they get easily bored. Or it may be that Keira house found a true real estate miracle someplace else. If that is the case, then we will definitely know soon!

Jude Law - $6.8 Million, London

Actor Jude Law owned a beautiful house in the Highgate neighborhood. In 2013, he listed the house for sale, with an asking price of $6.8 million. It's a four bedroom house which, although looks quite modest from the outside, is pretty luxurious on the inside. A rather great strategy to hide affluence! Smart guy, Jude! This was the place where he and his girlfriend, Sienna Miller, settled in 2010, but the star decided to go apartment-hunting in New York City just like his ex did. Is NY the to-go place for recently separated celebs?

Adele - $9.5 Million, Beverly Hills

Singer Adele also has some expensive real estate to boast of and this one is located in Beverly Hills (where else?). One of the most celebrated singers of our time, that has won many Grammy awards and is widely celebrated around the world, decided to spend some money in the U.S for the times her professional duties keep her there. She bought a $9.5 million house in Beverly Hills which features a large, fully-equipped kitchen and four luxurious bedrooms. Anyone would want to cook in such a kitchen!

Paul McCartney - $15.5 Million, NYC

If you want to purchase real estate in Fifth Avenue then prepare to pay tens of millions for it. The street where rent is impossibly expensive is exactly where the living legend Paul McCartney and his wife bought a duplex penthouse. The couple paid $15.5 million for this amazing 5-bedroom haven with a view of Central Park. If Paul ever declares bankruptcy, which he won't as he's filthy rich, he could just sell this penthouse and have enough money to live in luxury for the rest of his life.

 

Anthony Hopkins - $18.6 Million, Malibu

Sir Anthony Hopkins is an Academy Award-winner and one of the greatest actors ever (and this is a statement known to be true all over the world). Naturally, a star like this must live in a deluxe house in an expensive area taking into account his earnings over his long and successful career. In the 2000s, Anthony bought a house valued at $18.6 million in Malibu, CA.  As the great enjoy enjoys painting, there, he has plenty of space in the garden to paint whenever he wants. Who would not be inspired by such beauty?

Martin Freeman - $1.3 Million, London

Sherlock Holmes star, Martin Freeman split with his partner and co-star Amanda Abbington which broke the hearts of many fans. The couple lived together in a house reportedly worth $1.3 million before they announced their separation. We do not really know if one of them is to keep their deluxe house or if they will decide to list it and go apartment hunting. It's strange to think that Amanda declared bankruptcy in 2013 while Martin, who was still with her at the time, was so rich but maybe the couple dealt with their finances separately. Who knows?

Ryan Giggs - $2.68 Million, Salford

The Welsh soccer coach and former player Ryan Giggs used to live in this lovely mansion in Salford before he and his wife split. Giggs reportedly paid $2.68 million for the property in 2004 but he moved out of it when he and his wife announced their divorce. It is believed that Giggs spent millions on renovating the home and building in an indoor pool, a sauna and many other amenities. It is always sad when a couple gets separated and apart from all the pain inside they have to deal with the split of their finances as well.

 

Gareth Bale -  $14K Per Month, Spain

The Welsh soccer star Gareth Bale enjoys all the luxury and comfort he needs in an exclusive residential area in Spain. Bale decided to be closer to Madrid for work since he is included in the roster of Real Madrid, so he rented a property that previously belonged to the former Real Madrid star Ricardo Kaka, located in the La Finca region. The house has an indoor pool, of course, as well as four bathrooms and a garage designed for 6 cars. It seems that 2018 was Bale’s year since he was awarded both the Golden Ball as well as the Real Madrid Player of the Month for August.

Chris Martin - $14 Million, Malibu

Chris Martin, the singer from Coldplay, and his now ex-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, shocked the public when they announced their divorce in 2014 after ten years of being together. The couple purchased this house in Malibu before they split so that Chris could be near the kids, according to the sources. It is estimated that the former couple paid around $14 million for the beachside property where several famous actresses have already been seen since the star's separation from Gwyneth. Well, Chris is still fairly young and this house looks too amazing to be left empty.

Wayne Rooney - $7 Million, Barbados

Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen own a mansion in Barbados where despite having a villa, the family prefers to vacation in a luxury hotel (rich folks can be weird). But last year, Wayne put their Caribbean home on the rental market for about $35K/week. Who knows, maybe the famous soccer player thought it would be a good idea for the villa to pay the costs of their hotel! The estimated price of the mansion, which has a master bedroom with a view of the sea, is $7 million.

Mick Jagger - $30K/week During High Season, Mustique

The legendary singer owns a beachfront compound located on a private island in the West Indies. As of 2016, his Mystique property is available for a luxury stay, for those who can afford it, of course. A week in this beautiful home will cost you up to $30K which for many of us would mean declaring bankruptcy right after the vacation is over.  But it's Mick Jagger's house and it has a pool so it's kinda worth it!

J.K. Rowling - $3.1 Million, Edinburgh

The richest writer in the world and author of the Harry Potter books owns a beautiful estate in Edinburgh. The British novelist with a net worth slightly below $1 billion paid about $3.1 million for this home, located in a secluded area of the city far from the prying eyes of the paparazzi. The two-floor house has everything the writer needs or anyone, really!

Tony Blair - Around $33 Million, London

When it comes to luxurious London properties, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair, is the proud owner of one. Actually, Tony owns many estates located both in and out of London. His empire is estimated to be worth about $33 million, which is quite impressive we must say. Being a politician certainly pays off (but one has to wonder, should it?).

Tom Daley - $1.53 Million, London

Another British celeb, the famous diver Tom Daley, owned a luxurious apartment near London Bridge but he listed it for sale recently. After he moved into a beautiful, new and spacious apartment with his husband last year, he decided to sell the old one for about $1.53 million.  Their new home features exposed bricks and uneven raw finishes, just like Daley's husband wanted.

Christian Bale - $8.8 Million, Brentwood Park

Celebs like having a private property where they can be at peace far away from the paparazzi and we don’t really blame them. That is why Christian Bale bought a house in Brentwood Park for $8.8 million. The mansion that sits on 36 acres is set far back from the road and is secluded enough for this famous actor.

Michael Caine - $7.45 Million, Miami Beach, Florida

Sir Michael Caine had owned a deluxe condo in Miami Beach for about 10 years before he decided to sell it. The actor actually managed to make a profit by selling the luxury condo for $7.45 million even though he initially asked for $8.7 million in 2017. Besides the breathtaking view, the condo features 4 bedrooms and we would love to have it.

Daniel Radcliffe - $13.95 Million, Empire Property

If he didn’t have his fortune made thanks to Harry Potter movies, the British actor could live comfortably off his rental income as he owns several properties both in the U.S. as well as back home in England. In 2009, he bought his third property in New York and now his real estate is worth more than $13 million.

Emma Watson - Price Undisclosed, Manhattan

Since she is making millions ever since she was a kid just like her co-star Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson can buy any property she wants. She decided to move to New York a few years ago so naturally, she had to purchase an expensive luxury apartment. While the price of her two-bathroom Manhattan apartment is not known, considering her net worth, we can only assume that it wasn't cheap.

Elizabeth Hurley - $12.25 Million, Cotswolds

When she decided to live in the countryside, the British actress Elizabeth Hurley bought herself a gorgeous estate near the Cotswold town of Barnsley. But then, as usual with celebs, the famous actress wanted a change so she sold her property for $12.25 million. She also made a huge profit selling this nine-bedroom estate and she probably already has her eyes set on something else.

Hugh Grant - $4.76 Million, South Kensington

When it comes to real estate investment, it is as if all the celebs compete with each other. British actor Hugh Grant used to own a spectacular penthouse with a breathtaking view in South Kensington. But he didn't keep his bachelor pad for long and he sold it for $4.76 million. We bet he is now onto something even more lavish.

Orlando Bloom - $7 Million, Beverly Hills

Orlando Bloom, the actor from The Lord of the Rings and the Pirates of the Caribbean, has a specific taste when it comes to real estate. And it is a great one. He purchased a minimalist pavilion last year located in Beverly Hills. The actor paid about $7 million for this amazing house with a pool and everything else that he needs.

Andy Murray - $4 Million, Surrey

Professional tennis player Andy Murray bought a beautiful mansion located in Surrey, which cost about $4 million. But that is not all. The tennis star actually asked permission to demolish the old house and build a new one in its place with a swimming pool, a gym, sauna and anything else he wanted. What's interesting is that Andy will allow a protected species of bats to roost in the loft of his new house!

Eric Clapton - $3.5 Million, France

Who wouldn't love to have a house in the deepest Provence in France? The legendary British musician Eric Clapton certainly wanted one, so he bought a spacious home in the south of France that looks absolutely amazing. However, the house has been on the market for a while and the asking price is close to $3.5 million. Are you up for it?

Sting - Undisclosed, England

The iconic singer Sting and his wife, actress Trudie Styler, enjoy a more traditional home reportedly built after 1700 in England. After renovating their precious home, the couple can now enjoy the privacy and the comfort of it, far from the public eye just like they both wanted. We can only imagine how much they invested in remodeling the house!

Seal - $13 Million, Brentwood

Seal and his wife Heidi Klum decided to invest in a classy mansion in Brentwood, California in 2010, but alas they didn't know at the time that they would soon divide up their real estate properties in the divorce settlement that followed. The eight-bedroom house was purchased for a hefty $13.4 million which was a fair deal, all things considered. Too bad this wasn't meant to be their family's home.

Rita Ora - $1.7 Million, North London

Rita Ora has accumulated a net worth of $16 million in recent years which allows her to purchase real estate anywhere she likes. The estimated worth of her North London mansion is $1.75 million and the house is located in a secluded area. Rita reportedly installed a panic room worth more than $20K after she had nightmares, following a 2015 burglary.

Calvin Harris - $9.995 Million, Los Angeles

DJ, singer, and songwriter Calvin Harris used to own the perfect house in Los Angeles at the time when he was dating Taylor Swift. A couple of years ago, Harris decided to list his luxury home for $9.995 million. With four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the house is pretty spacious so anyone who buys it will have plenty of room to enjoy. 

Simon Pegg - $13.5K Per Month, Los Angeles

The famous Star Trek actor Simon Pegg prefers to rent real estate rather than buying it. He certainly could afford to purchase a home but the British actor rents a cozy and comfy apartment in Los Angeles for $13.5K/month. The place is lovely, with old-fashioned wood ceilings and we would certainly love to live in a place like this!

Catherine Zeta-Jones - $8.1 Million, Bedford

The famous Hollywood couple, actors Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have plenty of money together and so they ought to live in a deluxe home. The couple bought a mansion in Bedford in 2010 and it is the house where she reportedly moved in when she separated from her husband. They stayed together, though, and listed the house for sale in 2014. The asking price was $8.1 million.

Sean Bean - $8.123 Million, Totteridge

The British actor from Game of Thrones Sean Bean bought a house in Totteridge a while ago when he was still married to Abigail Cruttenden. The star, who has married four times so far, listed his house for sale this year and the asking price is $8.123 million. Perhaps the actor, who has a $20 million net worth, wants to get rid of all the memories of his failed marriage.

Robbie Williams - $23 Million, West London

After a lot of searching, Robbie Williams finally found a perfect home in the Holland Park area which boasts 46 bedrooms! No, this is not a typo! Celebs apparently need more space than ordinary people and that's not all. Robbie invested a lot of time and money in renovating the house so it took him three years to finally move in!

Gary Barlow - $10.24 Million, Cuddington

Take That star Gary Barlow purchased a beautiful estate in Cuddington area in 1995 but decided to sell it in 2005, for about $6.3 million. He must have been sorry five years later, after it hit the market again, for a much higher price. In 2015, the new owners of Delamere Manor opened the doors of the house to those who wanted to rent it for special occasions.

Lily Allen - $5.69 Million, Cotswolds

Celebs change houses very quickly and usually, they sell their properties for a huge profit. Singer Lily Allen used to own a beautiful old Cotswold mansion which she listed for sale in 2016 for $5.69 million. There have been rumors that she was selling the house to pay a tax bill but nothing has been confirmed! We hope she just found a better one.

Ringo Starr - about $18 Million, Surrey

With earnings as high as Ringo Starr's, you could live in a palace, which the drummer from The Beatles actually did for quite some time.  He bought a beautiful estate back in 1999 for about $2 million but sold it for a huge profit in 2015. He sold the house for more than $18 million, 900% up from what he paid for it!

Zayn Malik - $3 Million, London

Zayn Malik, the One Direction star, is no ordinary teenager, as he can afford to buy real estate wherever he pleases with no worries and mortgages. Zayn bought this modern house back in 2012 and the estimated price he paid was slightly above $3 million. The house has everything a young man needs to have fun. Good for you, Zayn!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley – $12.995 Million, Beverly Hills

The gorgeous supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has earned herself a fortune and so she decided to invest in Beverly Hills real estate. Rosie purchased a modern house that used to belong to the fashion designer Jenni Kayne. Rosie reportedly paid almost $13 million ($12.995) for this impressive home which she will probably share with her partner Jason Statham. An excellent choice!

Declan Donnelly - $2.68 Million, London

The popular TV presenter Declan Donnelly is very close to his professional partner, Ant McPartlin, who had to check in to a rehab to deal with his drug prescription and alcohol problem. It's not a surprise then that they bought matching houses in the same street in London. After Ant moved to a new home with his wife, Dec decided to buy a house near his colleague, demolish it, and build a new one that looks like Ant's house! The estimated price he paid for the house is $2.68 million but the building work probably cost much more.

Russell Brand - $3.53 Million, London

The comedian Russell Brand decided to sell his bachelor pad in London because he wanted to leave his crazy life behind and create a home for him and Katy Perry. He listed his home for sale in 2009 for $3.53 million, a year before his wedding to the singer took place. Unfortunately, soon after the wedding, they needed to contact divorce law firms because the couple split in 2012.

Noel Gallagher - $15.62 Million, London

The former Oasis star Noel Gallager used to own a stunning house in West London which he bought in 2008. However, in 2016, he decided to sell the spacious house located next to the Regent’s Canal in London. The asking price was $15.52 million, which given what the house looks like, is an adequate price yet we could definitely not afford it.

Kit Harington - $2.46 Million, East Anglia

The beloved actors from Game of Thrones Kit Harington and his girlfriend Rose Leslie wanted to get away from the noisy city and into the countryside. They bought a beautiful house in East Anglia area and paid approximately $2.46 million. For rich celebs such as these two, a great home insurance was probably included. There have been rumors that the couple was previously looking for a place in Manhattan, but the English countryside eventually sounded much better to them.

Cara Delevingne - $2.20 Million, L.A.

Celebs are always on the lookout for luxury homes for sale so that they can invest their money in real estate. So when the actor, director, and singer Jared Leto announced he was selling his house, the supermodel Cara Delevingne and her sister Poppy hurried to purchase it. They paid $2.2 million for the house in LA.  The house features two kitchens and a swimming pool - what more can two sisters want?

Ricky Gervais - $15.26 Million, North London

The beloved comedian Ricky Gervais didn't need a home loan to purchase a house, even though the house was actually an eight-bedroom, $15-million worth mansion. He bought the house in 2016 with his wife, Jane Fallon, right after the couple sold their former property in London. The previous home was much smaller, with only 4 bedrooms so this one was a huge upgrade.

Jamie Dornan - $2.83 Million, Hollywood Hills

The gorgeous actor better known as Mr.Gray from Fifty Shades of Gray owns real estate too, just like any celeb with millions in his bank account. Jamie purchased a house in Hollywood Hills and now calls California his home. He reportedly paid $2.83 million for this modern 2,51-square-foot property. The house features four bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as a large pool and a spa.

Gordon Ramsay - $6.75 Μillion, Beverly Hills

He is a chef, a TV personality and he is another British star who bought a house in the U.S.  After a tough year and financial difficulties in the UK he was close to needing a refinance loan. But the famous chef bought a house in LA in 2012, where his new restaurant was about to open that year, and he was ready to recover. The gorgeous $6.75 million home near Beverly Hills features five bedrooms and a breathtaking view.

Prince Harry - Priceless, London

Royalty never has to worry about mortgages or go house-hunting because those decisions are made for them. Prince Harry and his future bride, actress Meghan Markle, will live in this beautiful, small yet luxurious Nottingham Cottage, on the grounds of Kensington Palace. The 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom house may sound too small for royalty but it is more than enough as a starter home. However, with royal houses, we can never know what the estimated price is.

Kate Moss - $10.8 Million, London

Supermodel Kate Moss may have had some drug and alcohol issues but she proved that she can do so much more when she wants. A few years ago, Kate tried herself as an interior designer and she decorated a mansion in England. When it came to her own home, Kate bought a mansion in London for about $10.8 million but she listed it for sale in 2011. Perhaps the insurance for this 4,640 square feet property was too high or she simply wanted to get rid of the house and have a fresh start.

Pierce Brosnan - $2.6 Million, Malibu

When a fire ignited in Pierce Brosnan's beach house in Malibu, the estimated damage was about $1 million but possibly more. The famous actor had owned the house for a decade before he sold it for $2.82 million.  The beautiful home features custom tile work and a steam shower as well as five fireplaces. But after that fire a few years ago, whoever moves in there must have a really good home insurance though.

Rupert Grint - $2.71 Million, London

Ever since he rose to fame as the sidekick of Harry Potter, Rupert Grint started buying real estate. Rumor has it that to improve his wealth management, Rupert actually has set up a company to manage the income from all the properties he owns.  He bought this farmhouse near London for an estimated price of $2.71 million but that's nothing for this rich actor.

Kate Winslet - $3 Million Estimated, Sussex

Titanic star Kate Winslet is another celeb who wanted to get away from the crowded city and so she purchased an estate in rural Sussex, England for £2 million. But after she was denied a planning permission as the local parish council rejected her plans for this 15th-century property, she decided to put it on the market. The rumored price she asked was about $3 million.

Tom Hardy - $4.62 Million, Richmond

Tom Hardy became a household name in the United States thanks to his many roles in Hollywood blockbusters such as Mad Max: Fury Road and The Revenant, where he starred alongside Academy Awarded actor Leonardo DiCaprio. His remarkable acting brought Hardy a net worth of over $30 million, allowing the famous actor to treat himself with an amazing Richmond mansion back in 2013. Reportedly, his new home is now worth $4.62 Million!

Lena Headey - $2.05 Million, Sherman Oaks

The star of Game of Thrones, Lena Headey used to own a beautiful house in Sherman Oaks. She decided to list it for sale for about $2.05 million, which may not sound as much but she even managed to make a nice profit considering she paid way less than that when she bought it. The modern style house features five bedrooms, decked out in reclaimed wood.

Emily Blunt - $6.5 Million, Brooklyn

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski seemed to have found their perfect home but last year, they listed their Brooklyn property for sale. The Park Slope townhouse was listed for $8 million but according to sources, the couple didn't manage to get such a high offer. The reportedly sold the house for $6.5 million instead. The old house was heavily renovated with modern updates before it was sold.

 

Rachel Weisz - $6.75 Million, Cobble Hill

Actors Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz were searching for the perfect home and they obviously found it as they splashed $6.75 million on their new house. The previous owner of the house was author Martin Amis and the house had a brand new roof since the property was damaged in a fire a year before the purchase.  It was a clever investment as the coupe are not the only celebrities who chose to settle in this part of the city.

Mel B - $7.5 Million, Hollywood Hills

Melanie Brown better known simply as Mel B was a member of Spice Girls. Mel was happily married to Stephen Belafonte and no one thought they would need a divorce law firm. But the couple separated last year and as soon as their divorce was finalized, Mel B listed their Hollywood Hills house for sale. The initial asking price was almost $9 million but the former couple cut the price to $7.5 million hoping to find a buyer.

Patrick Stewart - $756K, Yorkshire Dales

Sir Patrick Stewart decided to say goodbye to his Yorkshire Dales residence which he has owned for about 25 years. The lovely farmhouse was listed for sale in 2016 and the asking price was about $756K. This four-bedroom countryside estate is ideal for any celeb searching for privacy as it is secluded and very peaceful. The location of the actor's home was only revealed after he put the house up for sale.

Michelle Dockery - $2.71 Million, North Ranch

The gorgeous actress who played Lady Mary Crawley in Downton Abbey likely bought a French-style house located in North Ranch. According to sources, the actress was ready to make an offer of about $2.7 million for this luxury property featuring an outdoor kitchen, a Jacuzzi, and a fire pit. The actress and her fiance had planned to settle down in the U.S. but sadly, he died from cancer three years ago.

Graham Norton - $3.1 Million, Bexhill-on-Sea

The Irish TV presenter Graham Norton used to be the owner of a beautiful seaside home with access to a private beach. The luxury property was reportedly listed for sale last year for $3.1 million. The six-bedroom house is a real getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy some privacy and it is located in Cooden, Bexhill, East Sussex.

John Cleese - $8.25 Million, Montecito

John Cleese, a member of the famous comedy group Monty Python, listed his amazing beach house for the price of $8.25 million in 2016and it is the house of our dreams. Sacha Baron Cohen - $17.72 Million, Laurel Canyon, L.A.

The amazing Sacha Barron Cohen, also known as Ali G, bought a deluxe house back in 2010 where he lived with his wife and kids. This wasn't his first piece of real estate but it certainly is the most expensive one he's bought so far. The star paid about $18.9 million for this incredible home in Laurel Canyon.

Hugh Laurie - $2.83 Million, Hollywood Hills

Many British stars decide to purchase real estate in the U.S. because they spend a lot of time there for work. Such was the case with actor Hugh Laurie who bought a home in the luxurious Hollywood Hills area. He purchased this home in 2008 and paid $2.83 million for the 3,242-sq.-ft. house. A guest house and a gym are included, of course.

Eric Idle - $1.09 Million, Los Angeles

The multi-talented comedian, actor, singer, and Monthy Python member Eric Idle has a much smaller house compared to other British celebs but it is equally beautiful. Eric bought a $1.09 million home in Los Angeles this year. The 1,240 square feet house features two bedrooms and one bathroom located in the Silver Lake area and we love the way it looks.

James Corden - $10 Million, California

The host of The Late, Late Show, James Corden is another celebrity who was able to afford a luxury estate in Los Angeles as he is becoming more and more successful. Corden bought a $10 million house last year where he will live with his wife and kids. The spacious home includes five bedrooms, a pool, a spa and many other amenities.
